Long Beach has so many different out door options, its great!  We have Long Beach, Pine Street, 2nd Street, Belmont Shore, and Naples … but the best part is the bike path which is literally on the water.

 September 12, 2007: Got to the beach around 7pm. Just in time for a run along the beach during the sunset.  It was beautiful.  After the run: totally pumped!  I feel great! :) 

 February 28, 2008: Made this run at 9:30pm.  No one is out there, but it was nice to get some fresh air and get my butt off the couch.  My buddy has decided to make this an every other day thing until we feel fit enough to run more.  The bike path is actually a little more than eight miles long!  Yikes!  One day.
