2nd Street in Belmont Shore is known for its variety of food and venue choices.  I finally tired the Thai restaurant called Phuket Thai.  I tried the pad thai ($10) and it was pretty good.  I thought there should of been more sauce, but I guess not.  The yellow curry is very strong smelling and the order is rather large.  Be prepared for a big meal.  The spicy sea food soup looked good, but for $16, it was really way overpriced.  The beef sate was also $10, but you got three sticks of beef and no rice.  Not happy with that. All and all, it didn’t impress me much.  If you like thai food, you are welcome to check it out.  But there are definitely better Thai food spots in Long Beach.

But not Sophy’s… I had a little suprise in my Thai Iced Tea… yuck!
