Mimi’s Cafe is one of the major chains that has located itself on PCH in Long Beach (heading toward Seal Beach.) It’s typical American food: sandwiches, soups, salads, and fresh baked muffins and breads. I usually get the 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 soup order. It comes with your choice of a fresh muffin. And yes, the fresh baked muffins are what makes the meal good. I remember the pot pie being really good too! And if you get a salad, I don’t recommend the Chopped Chicken Salad, it was average and a little bland. I had to pepper it up to make it taste like something. As for soup, I recommend the Broccoli Cheddar!

<>The portions are just right here. The service is friendly. And the decor is very friendly and comfortable. The prices are average to a little higher. A regular salad is $12. Parking is easy to find and close.

I like this spot, but its not a favorite. I would rather go to Grounds … if they were open for dinner. :P
